Total Voting Rights - Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with 5.6.1 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies the market that the Company's issued share capital as at 30 April 2023 consisted of 4,034,409,194 ordinary shares of 10p each, with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury at the date of this disclosure.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, ITV plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
