ITV today announces that it has made a further repurchase of the Bonds in an aggregate principal amount of Β£3,650,000, representing 2.7% of the original principal amount of the Bonds. The purchased Bonds will be cancelled, following which the outstanding principal amount of the Bonds will be Β£61,900,000. To date, ITV has now purchased a total of 54.1% of the original principal amount of the Bonds.
