Interior Services Group PLC04 December 2007 Interior Services Group plc Total Voting Rights - correction Further to the announcement issued on 30 November 2007 at 09.12 under RNS number8548I, Interior Services Group plc is issuing the following correction: itsissued share capital comprises 29,437,699 Ordinary Shares of 1p each and not28,437,699 Ordinary Shares of 1p each as previously stated. All other detailsof the announcement remained unchanged. A full amendment appears below. Total Voting Rights In conformity with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure andTransparency Rule 5.6.1, Interior Services Group plc (the "Company") confirmsthat its issued share capital comprises 29,437,699 Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares"). All of the Ordinary Shares have equal voting rights and noneof the ordinary shares are held in treasury. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculationsby which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in,or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under theDisclosure and Transparency Rules.
