Polaron PLC18 October 2005 Polaron plc Controls division wins three contracts in excess of £1.7 million Polaron plc, ("Polaron" or the "Company") the two strand technology group,announces that its Controls division has won three contracts for the provisionof building management systems which includes heating, ventilation, and airconditioning, with ISG InteriorExterior, part of construction servicesspecialist Interior Services Group plc ("ISG"). The total value of thesecontracts to Polaron is in excess of £1.7 million. DMS Controls, which was acquired by Polaron in July 2005 and subsequentlyincorporated into Polaron's Controls division, has begun work on all threecontracts. The first contract is with Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein Bank ("DrKW") at itsoffice in Gresham Street, London, the value of which is £1.13 million. The workis expected to be completed and ready for occupation in early 2006. DMS Controls has also won a contract with the Union Bank of Switzerland ("UBS")at its offices at 1 Broadgate, London. The contract is for an initial value of£0.24 million. The final contract is with The Royal Festival Hall, based at the South Bank,London and is valued at £0.39 million. Work is expected to be completed inFebruary 2007.
