Interior Services Group PLC19 March 2008 Interior Services Group plc Director/PDMR Shareholding The Board of Interior Services Group plc ("the Company") announces that on 18March 2008 it granted the following Directors of the Company options over sharesof 1p each ("Ordinary Shares"). The options have an exercise price of 190p pershare, being the average of the closing mid-market prices of Ordinary Shares ofthe Company as quoted on the AIM list of the London Stock Exchange plc on eachof the three business days immediately preceding the date of grant.
