Interior Services Group PLC02 October 2007 Interior Services Group plc Director/PDMR Shareholding The Board of Interior Services Group plc ("the Company") has been notified thatDavid Lawther, Chief Executive of the Company, has today purchased 7,000ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of£2.88 per share. Following the purchase Mr Lawther has a total interest in77,464 Ordinary Shares representing 0.27% of the total issued share capital ofthe Company. The Board also announces that following the vesting of an award granted inSeptember 2004 under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan, 36,357 OrdinaryShares were transferred to Mr Ian Stephen Trotter for nil consideration on 1October 2007. Mr Trotter today sold all of the shares at a price of £2.91 pershare. Following the transfer and the sale of the shares Mr Trotter holds119,035 Ordinary Shares representing 0.43% of the total issued share capital ofthe Company.
