Interior Services Group PLC16 October 2007 INTERIOR SERVICES GROUP WINS CONTRACT ON £100M STUDENT ACCOMODATION PROJECT IN LONDON Interior Services Group plc ("ISG"), the construction services specialist, hastoday announced that it has been awarded the preconstruction contract on a £100million project to build a large student accommodation project in Spitalfieldsin the City of London. The project involves the construction of a 33 storey tower, that will provideaccommodation for 1,204 students. The scheme is located on Middlesex Street inthe City of London and work on the project will start imminently. The project has been awarded to ISG by Nido Student Living, a specialist firmproviding modern student accommodation. Nido Student Living is backed by TheBlackstone Group, the international private equity company. In addition to thestudent accommodation, the development also includes six ground floor retailunits, a gymnasium and five stories of commercial office accommodation, whichtotals 84,480 sq ft of gross floor area. Piling and foundation works are due tocommence imminently and the project is scheduled for completion by late summer2010.
