The Board of the Company announces that it has today granted share awards to the executive directors of the Company as set out below. The awards were granted based on a share price of 192p per share, being the average of the closing mid-market prices of ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as quoted on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange plc on each of the three business days immediately preceding the date of grant.
