The Board of the Company also announces that, following these cancellations, it has today granted the executive directors of the Company options over Ordinary Shares as set out below. The options have an exercise price of 185p per share, being the average of the closing mid-market prices of Ordinary Shares of the Company as quoted on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange plc on each of the three business days immediately preceding the date of grant.
