The Board of the Company announces that it has today granted options over Ordinary Shares to the executive directors of the Company as set out below. The options have an exercise price of 141p per share, being the average of the closing mid-market prices of ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as quoted on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange plc on each of the three business days immediately preceding the date of grant.

The options will be exercisable from 10 October 2015 to 13 October 2022. The options have been granted under the Company's unapproved share option plan and are to be triggered subject to prescribed performance targets.
The Board has also granted share awards to the executive directors today as set out below. The awards were granted based on a share price of 141p per share, being the average of the closing mid-market prices of Ordinary Shares in the Company as quoted on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange plc on each of the three business days immediately preceding the date of grant.
