Interior Services Group PLC09 July 2007 Interior Services Group plc Director/PDMR Shareholding 9 July 2007 The Board of Interior Services Group plc ("the Company") announces that it hasgranted options to Mr Samuel David Lawther over 125,000 ordinary shares, to MrJonathan Houlton over 100,000 ordinary shares and to Mr Ian Stephen Trotter over100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at an option price of 331.5pper share, being the average of the closing mid-market prices of ordinary sharesof the Company as quoted on the AIM list of the London Stock Exchange plc oneach of the three business days immediately preceding the date of grant. Theoptions will be exercisable from 9 July 2010 to 8 July 2017. The options havebeen granted under the Company's unapproved share option plan and are to betriggered subject to prescribed EPS growth targets over a specified period.
