Appointment of Non-Executive Director

ISG plc ("ISG" or the "Group"), the international construction services group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Amanda Jobbins as a Non-Executive Director of the Group. She has joined the Board with effect from 26 March 2015.

Amanda, 46, is a renowned Chief Marketing Officer ("CMO") in the technology industry having held senior leadership positions at The Sage Group plc where she was until recently the group CMO, Cisco Systems, Symantec and IBM in both Europe and the USA. In 2014 Amanda joined the board of Stormagic Limited, a storage virtualisation software provider. In 2011 Amanda was named the International Marketer of the Year by the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Amanda has a BA from the University of Hull in Business & German.

There are no other details to disclose under Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
