Interior Services Group PLC18 December 2006 Interior Services Group PLC AGM Statement and Trading Update At the Annual General Meeting of Interior Services Group PLC, the constructionservices specialist, to be held at 3:00pm, the Chairman Roy Dantzic will make the following statement: " I am delighted to inform shareholders that we have had an encouraging start tothe current financial year. Fee income in the first half will be ahead of thistime last year, this is due substantially to a strong workload in ourtraditional fit out market and growth in our regional markets benefiting from afull six months contribution from the Propencity acquisition. " As a result of the increased levels of activity, we expect that first halfprofits will be ahead of last year, and, as we experienced in the previous twoyears, profitability will be biased towards the second half due to theanticipated timing of the completion of a number of major projects. " Looking forward, demand for the Group's services remains strong. Despite theincreased level of activity since reporting on June 2006, we have more thanmaintained the total UK order book. With the acquisition of the operations ofISG Asia, the Group's total order book currently stands at a record £805m (June2006 £756m). " The acquisition of ISG Asia was completed in October and is currently tradingin line with our expectations. With the benefit of a strong cash position, weare continuing to seek acquisition opportunities that would expand our activityoutside of London, both in the UK and Asia.
