Interior Services Group PLC09 January 2006 Interior Services Group plc Additional listing The Board of Interior Services Group plc ("the Company") announces that 17,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company have been allotted as a result of the exercise of options in the Company Share Option Plans. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to the Alternative Investment Market and it is expected that admission will take place on 12 January 2006. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company.
