Interior Services Group PLC01 March 2005 Interior Services Group plc Additional listing 1 March 2005 The Board of Interior Services Group plc ("the Company") announces that 20,000ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company have been allotted as a result of theexercise of options in the Company Share Option Plans. Application has beenmade to the London Stock Exchange for the new ordinary shares to be admitted toAlternative Investment Market and it is expected that admission will take placeon 7 March 2005. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existingshares of the Company. Following the allotment the total issued share capitalof the Company has increased to 26,175,596 ordinary shares.
