NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

Inmarsat plc (LSE: ISAT) 16 November 2015:

The Company has been advised that on 16 November 2015, General Claude Robert Kehler, (Retired), a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 1,000 shares at 1022p each.

Following the acquisition, General Kehler's beneficial interest in the Company's shares is 1,000 Ordinary Shares.
