NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1), the Company gives notice that it was advised of the following disposal of shares on 7 August 2013:

Andrew Sukawaty (Director): sold 200,000 ordinary shares at £7.00, retains beneficial interest in 812,274 ordinary shares.

Debra Jones (PDMR): sold 2,000 ordinary shares at £7.00; retains beneficial interest in 129,130 ordinary shares.
