Interserve Plc (the "Company") announces that at the General Meeting of theCompany, duly convened and held at 4.30pm on 7 January 2013 at the offices ofAshurst LLP, Broadwalk House, 5 Appold Street, London EC2A 2HA, the resolutionas set out in the Notice of General Meeting which was included in theshareholder circular dated 28 November 2012 was passed on a show of hands.
