Nick Salmon appointed Non-Executive Director

 of Elementis plc

Interserve, the international support services and construction group, announces that Nick Salmon has been appointed a Non-Executive Director and member of the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Elementis plc. Nick will also become the Senior Independent Director on 16 December 2014.

Nick has been a Non-Executive Director of Interserve Plc since 1 August 2014.
