Interserve Plc (the "Company") was notified on 25 May 2016 by the Trustees of the Interserve Share Incentive Plan 2009 that the cash dividends paid on 20 May 2016 had been reinvested and used to purchase 76,635 Dividend Shares on 24 May 2016 at a price of 317.59 pence per share.
