Interserve Plc Notification of Transactions of Directors/ Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons
Pursuant to Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, Interserve Plc (the "Company") announces that, on 7 August 2009, the following Executive Directors/ Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") were granted options under the Interserve Sharesave Scheme 2009 at an exercise price of 1.525 per share. The options are exercisable between 1 October 2012 and 31 March 2013.
