INTERSERVE APPOINTS KEITH LUDEMAN AS NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Interserve, the international services, maintenance and building group is pleased to announce that Keith Ludeman will join the Board as a Non-Executive Director with effect from January 1st 2011.

Mr Ludeman has been Chief Executive of Go-Ahead Group Plc - one of the UK's leading transport services providers - since 2006, and a member of its Group Board since 2004. He recently announced his intention to retire from Go-Ahead in July 2011. He has many years' experience in the rail and bus service industries, including some 15 years with Go-Ahead Group, where he has been responsible for the negotiation and operation of complex public service contracts and the management and motivation of large workforces. His early career included nine years working with Greater Manchester Transport, and three years working on transport policy in Hong Kong.
