Additional Listing of Interserve Plc shares
Interserve Plc announces that 506,643 ordinary shares of 10 pence each have been issued to the Interserve Employee Benefit Trust to fulfil this year's vesting obligations to participants under the Interserve Performance Share Plan 2006.
An Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 506,643 Ordinary shares of 10 pence each to be admitted to the Official List and to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange. These shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company and it is expected that admission will become effective on 24 March 2016.
For the purposes of DTR 6.4.2R, the Home State of Interserve Plc is the UK.
