Director's Dealing
Ironveld plc, the High Purity Iron ("HPI"), Vanadium and Titanium project located on the Northern Limb of the Bushveld Complex in Limpopo Province, South Africa (the "Project") received notification on 10 December 2014 that on that date, Westleigh Investments Holdings Limited's ("Westleigh") acquired an interest in 150,000 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 7.0 pence per share.
Following the acquisition, Westleigh will have an interest in 9,173,581 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.07% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
Giles Clarke and Nick Harrison are directors and shareholders of Westleigh. Following the acquisition, Giles Clarke is beneficially interested in 16,252,099* Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 5.44% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital and Mr Harrison is beneficially interested in 11,473,581* Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.84% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
\* These numbers include Westleigh's holding of 9,173,581 Ordinary Shares.

Ironveld (IRON.LN) is a High Purity Iron, Vanadium and Titanium project located on the Northern Limb of the Bushveld Complex in Limpopo Province South Africa. Ironveld expects to mine its own VTM ore as feedstock for a 15MW smelter which will produce speciality iron products including high purity iron powder as well as Vanadium and titanium products.
The Definitive Feasibility Study published in April 2014 confirms the project's viability to deliver an exceptionally high grade iron product (99.5% Fe) called High Purity Iron which commands a premium in the market place. Vanadium and Titanium slag containing commercial grades of vanadium and titanium will also be produced and sold.
Ironveld's Board includes; Giles Clarke as Chairman, Peter Cox, CEO and Nick Harrison as a Non-Executive Director.
