Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, as at 30 June 2024 the issued share capital of the Company is 61,824,820 ordinary shares of 2 pence each. There are no shares held in treasury and thus the total number of voting rights in the Company is 61,824,820 (the 'Figure').

The Figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
