Board Update
Ubisense Group plc ('Ubisense'), announces that Peter Harverson, Non-Executive Chairman, is taking a temporary leave of absence in order to receive medical treatment.
During Peter's absence Paul Taylor, Non-Executive Director, has agreed to become Acting Non-Executive Chairman of Ubisense effective from today. No further changes to the operation of the Board are anticipated as a result.
The Board wishes Peter a quick and full recovery, and looks forward to welcoming him back to the business in due course.
