Non-Executive Director changes
Cambridge, UK - Ubisense Group plc ("Ubisense" or the "Company") (AIM: UBI), a market leader in real time location intelligence (RTLI) solutions, is pleased to announce that Ian Kershaw has joined the Board of Directors as a Non-Executive Director.
Ian Edward Kershaw, aged 49, is a Managing Director of Ricardo Strategic Consulting, part of the global engineering and environmental consulting company, Ricardo plc. Ricardo's services include strategic consulting through to niche high performance product assembly, employing over 2,100 professional consultants, engineers, scientists and support staff worldwide. Ricardo plc's client list includes the world's major transportation Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), supply chain organisations, energy companies, financial institutions and governments.
Ian's previous roles have included Production Management at Rolls-Royce & Bentley Motor Cars, Product Engineering at Perkins Engines and Performance Improvement Management Consulting at Arthur D Little.
Existing Board members, J. Keith Lomas and Dick Newell will step down from their roles as Non-Executive Directors with immediate effect, following five and seven years of service respectively.
