IQGEO Group plc (LSE:IQG, "Company" or "IQGEO") has today received notification that, on 29 November 2019, Richard Petti, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 55,536 ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 46 pence per Ordinary Share via his SIPP dealing account (the "Purchase").
Following the Purchase, Richard Petti has a total beneficial interest in 133,661 Ordinary Shares in the Company, which represents approximately 0.27% per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
