The Company announces that on 17 March 2015 it was notified that on such date Richard Green, Chief Executive and Robert Sansom, Non Executive Director, respectively purchased 54,000 and 270,000 Ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 91.5 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchases, Richard Green and Robert Sansom hold 1,788,906 and 2,763,676 Ordinary Shares respectively, representing approximately 7.13% and 11.0% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
