Ubisense (AIM: UBI) announces that it was notified on 1 December that, on that date, Andy Hopper, Chairman of the Company, exercised share options over 20,278 ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an exercise price of 14 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Hopper's interest in Ordinary Shares of the Company increased to 277,401 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.8% of the Company's issued share capital.
