Directors' Dealings
IQGEO Group plc (LSE:IQG, "Company" or "IQGEO") received notification on 31 October 2022 from Kestrel Partners LLP ("Kestrel") that on the 28 October 2022 it subscribed for, on behalf of its discretionary clients, an aggregate of 10,000 ordinary shares of 2p each ("Shares") in the Company at a price of £1.64 per share.
Mr Royde is a partner of, and holds a beneficial interest in, Kestrel. Mr Royde is also a shareholder in Kestrel Opportunities and is therefore deemed to have a beneficial interest in Kestrel Opportunities' entire legal holding in IQGEO.
Following this transaction, Kestrel Opportunities holds (and consequently Mr Royde is deemed to have a beneficial interest in) 11,726,984 Shares in the Company, and other clients of Kestrel, in which Mr Royde has no beneficial interest hold 4,401,522 Shares in the Company.
On a combined basis, Kestrel indirectly holds voting rights over 16,128,506 Shares in the Company, which represents 26.26 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
