Directorate Changes
IQGeo Group plc (AIM: IQG) announces the following changes to its Board of Directors.
The Company announces the appointment of Max Royde, co-founder of Kestrel Partners LLP, as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect. Mr Royde replaces Oliver Scott, who concurrently steps down as Non-Executive Director, also with immediate effect.
Max is an experienced company director and co-founder of Kestrel Partners LLP, a London based fund management business whose clients are a significant shareholder of IQGeo. He is a fund manager of Kestrel Opportunities and has been advising and investing in UK smaller companies since 1998. Max is also a non-executive director of Ingenta plc and IDE Group Holdings Plc.
As at the date of this announcement Kestrel Partners LLP holds 11,671,617 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents approximately 23.6 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
Kestrel is the investment manager to Kestrel Opportunities, a cell of Guernsey Portfolios PCC Limited ("Kestrel Opportunities"), and various other clients. Mr Royde is also a shareholder in Kestrel Opportunities and is therefore deemed to have a legal beneficial interest in Kestrel Opportunities' entire legal holding in the Company.
The following disclosures are made in relation to paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM rules for Companies.

Max Royde was appointed as a director of Hotel Buyer Limited on 10 October 2000 and resigned on 10 May 2005. On 31 May 2005, the company passed an extraordinary resolution to put the company into members' voluntary liquidation. The company was dissolved on 26 January 2008.
