Major US Electric Utility Signs $1.5 Million Deal for Ubisense myWorld Solution

Cambridge, UK - Ubisense Group plc ("Ubisense" or the "Company") (AIM: UBI), a market leader in real time location intelligence solutions, has signed an initial $1.5 million contract for Ubisense myWorld with one of the largest electric power utilities in the United States, representing a new and material customer for Ubisense. The utility anticipates improved operational awareness and greater productivity as a result of using Ubisense myWorld.

Ubisense myWorld brings critical enterprise information together into a single application, including network asset data, work orders, customer information and operational data from a variety of spatial and enterprise systems vendors. This data can be accessed via any standard web browser on any smart device. Ubisense myWorld will provide geospatial data access to the majority of the customer's employees, empowering them to make informed decisions and be more productive, all of which leads to greater customer service and support.
