Additional Listing and Total Voting Rights
Ubisense Group plc ("Ubisense" or "the Company") (AIM: UBI) announces that application has been made for the admission of 107,109 Ordinary Shares of 2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to AIM following the exercise of warrants at a price of 180 pence each.
The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company and admission of the new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM is expected to be effective from 31 October 2012. Following admission, the total issued share capital of the Company will be 21,917,243 Ordinary Shares of 2 pence each.
The above figure of 21,917,243 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
