Group Finance Director Resignation and New Appointment
Flying Brands announces that Graham Norton, Group Finance Director, has submitted his resignation to the Board. He will leave Flying Brands on 31 May 2009 to join a FTSE 250 company.
Anthony Gee, who is currently Group Financial Controller, has been appointed as Group Finance Director with effect from 31 May.
Stephen Cook, Chief Executive, said "We would like to thank Graham for all his efforts over the last four years and wish him all the best in his new role."
There is no information regarding the appointment of Anthony Gee which requires disclosure under paragraph 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules
