Director/PDMR Shareholding

Impax Asset Management Group plc (the "Company") was informed today that Charlie Ridge (Chief Financial Officer of the Company) has elected to participate in the Company's HMRC approved Share Incentive Plan ("SIP"). The SIP was launched in 2018, details of which are in the Company's announcement made on 11 April 2018. Mr Ridge has elected to make a deduction from his salary of a total value of £1,800, which will be used to purchase ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company in the open market. The purchase is expected to occur in mid-April 2019 and the Company will announce at the time details of the dealing, including the disclosure required by the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
