Impax Group PLC15 September 2005 Sanne Trust Company Limited as trustee of the Impax Group Employee Benefit Trust("IGEBT") has today sold 930,000 Ordinary Shares. This sale provides fundsrelating to the purchase of 8.2 million shares by IGEBT at nominal value.Following the sale the IGEBT is interested in 7,270,000 Ordinary Sharesrepresenting 15.91 per cent. of the Ordinary Shares in issue. Keith Falconer, the Chairman of the Company, has bought 609,263 Ordinary Sharesbeing sold by IGEBT at a price of 9.25p per share. Following this transaction MrFalconer is interested in 1,819,263 Ordinary Shares representing 3.98 per centof the Ordinary Shares in issue. Following a purchase of £5,000 of Impax Group plc 5.5% Convertible UnsecuredLoan Stock 2009 on 31 August 2005 at a price of 185p Mr Falconer is interestedin £205,000 5.5% Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock 2009 representing 8.39 percent. of the issue. Simon Morris, a non executive Director of the Company, has bought 85,917Ordinary Shares being sold by IGEBT at a price of 9.25p per share. Followingthis transaction Mr Morris is interested in 360,197 Ordinary Shares representing0.79 per cent of the Ordinary Shares in issue.
