Appointment and Resignation of Non-Executive Directors

Impax Asset Management Group plc, the AIM quoted investment manager, focused on environmental markets and related resource efficiency sectors, today announces the appointments of Sally Bridgeland and Lindsey Brace Martinez as non-executive directors with immediate effect. Mark White, who has served on the Board since January 2008, is stepping down as a non-executive director with effect from today in order to fulfil other commitments.

Sally Bridgeland, age 50, was Chief Executive Officer of BP Pension Fund and prior to that worked at Aon Hewitt for over 20 years in a variety of roles. Sally is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries. Sally will sit on the Company's Audit & Risk and Remuneration Committees.

Lindsey Brace Martinez, age 47, was a Managing Director for Cambridge Associates in Boston, MA for over 14 years and also had roles at Hancock Timber Resource Group and Booz, Allen & Hamilton Inc. Lindsey has an MBA from Yale. Lindsey will sit on the Company's Remuneration Committee.

Sally Bridgeland is (or was) a director of the following companies:

· Lloyd's Bank Pension Trust No. 1 Limited and Lloyd's Bank Pension Trust No. 2 Limited

· The Royal London Mutual Insurance Society Limited

· Bridgeland Advisory Limited

· BP Pension Trustees Limited (resigned 4 April 2014)

There is no further information required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.

The role of Audit and Risk Committee Chairman has been assumed by Vince O'Brien.
