There are no shares held in treasury and so the total number of voting rights inthe Company is therefore 66,129,469. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notifytheir interest, or change to their interest, in IPSA, under the Disclosure andTransparency Rules.
