IP Group plc - Director/PDMR share dealing & SAYE option exercise
IP Group plc (LSE: IPO) ("IP Group" or "the Group" or "the Company"), the developer of intellectual property-based businesses, announces that it has been notified of the following transactions in ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Shares") by Directors and other Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") on Thursday 1 April 2021:
- Greg Smith, Chief Financial Officer, transferred, via sale and purchase, 17,000 Shares into his ISA. Mr Smith sold Shares at 125.5 pence per share and bought Shares at 125.7 pence per share. Following the transfer, Mr Smith's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 339,403 Shares, representing 0.03% of the total issued share capital.
- Angela Leach, General Counsel and Company Secretary, bought 15,020 Ordinary Shares into her ISA at 125.8 pence per share. Following the purchase, Ms Leach's beneficial interest in the Company is now 274,272 Shares, representing 0.03% of the total issued share capital.
- Dr Mark Reilly, Managing Partner Technology, exercised options under the Group's 2017 Save As You Earn plan ("SAYE") to buy 6,315 Shares at 114 pence per share. Following satisfaction of the options, Mr Reilly's beneficial interest in the Company will be 46,645 Shares, representing
