IP Group plc - SAYE Option Exercise
IP Group plc (LSE: IPO) ("IP Group" or "the Group" or "the Company"), the developer of intellectual property-based businesses, announces the following in connection with its employee share schemes.
Dr Mark Reilly, Managing Partner Technology, exercised options under the Group's 2018 Save As You Earn plan ("SAYE") to buy 10,898 Shares at 99.10 pence per share. Following satisfaction of the options, Dr Reilly's beneficial interest in the Company will be 73,351 ordinary shares, representing
