IPF announces that the following supplementary prospectus has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and is available for viewing:
Supplementary Prospectus dated 8 September 2016 supplementing the Prospectus dated 22 March 2016 relating to a €1,000,000,000 euro medium-term note programme for the issuance by IPF of senior unsecured notes.
