Total Voting Rights
Following admission today of 401,866 ordinary shares issued in connection with the acquisition of Bartech Holding Corporation, the Company's total issued share capital with voting rights and which is admitted to trading on AIM now consists of 49,623,225 ordinary shares of 1p each, with one voting right per share.
The above figure of 49,623,225 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
