Special Dividend Declaration

The board of Impellam is pleased to declare a special interim dividend of 55.4 pence per ordinary share.

The dividend timetable is set out below:

Commenting on the special dividend, Julia Robertson, Chief Executive Officer, said:

"Following the disposal of Corestaff in February 2022 and lower than planned levels of share buy back during the year which resulted in a cash position of £25.7m at the end of Q3, the Board of Impellam is pleased to be able to return this value to shareholders in a timely manner."
