Exercise of Options and Director's Dealing
The Company has been informed today that Andrew Burchall, Group Finance Director, has exercised 16,964 options at an exercise price of £2.52 per share. Mr Burchall intends to transfer these shares to his wife, Caroline Burchall immediately on receipt. In addition, the Company Secretary has exercised options to purchase 14,881 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at an exercise price of £2.52 per share. Application has been made for the 31,845 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to become effective on 26 March 2013.
Following the issue of the new ordinary shares, the Company's total issued share capital with voting rights and which is admitted to trading on AIM will consist of 43,920,245 ordinary shares of 1p each, with one voting right per share.
