The Company has been informed that John Rowley, a Non Executive Director of Impellam, has completed the following sale of ordinary shares of 1 pence in the Company

10,000 ordinary shares on 17th February 2011 at a price of £2.70 per share

40,000 ordinary shares on 18th February 2011 at a price of £2.66 per share

Following this sale he no longer holds any ordinary shares in the Company.
