Board Changes
Impellam announces that Alison Wilford, Group CFO, has resigned to take up a CFO opportunity in a privately-held company. She will leave Impellam on 31st October 2018. Impellam has appointed Brian Porritt as Interim Group CFO, a non-board role, until Alison's replacement has been recruited. Brian will report to Julia Robertson, Group CEO.
Julia Robertson, Group CEO said "The Board and I would like to thank Alison for her contributions during her 3 years with Impellam, the last 2 years as the Group's CFO. We wish her every success in the future.''
