Board Changes

Impellam Group plc ("Impellam" or the "Group"), is pleased to announce the appointment of Angela Entwistle, as a non-executive director. Angela replaces Kevin Mahoney, a non-executive director of the Company since November 2008, who has retired from the Board. Both these changes are with immediate effect.

Angela is a corporate communications specialist working with companies in the private sector and various charities.

Cheryl Jones, Chairman, commented: "I am delighted to announce the appointment of Angela and we welcome her experience to the Board. I would also like to thank Kevin for his valuable contribution to the regeneration of Impellam."

Angela Elizabeth Entwistle, aged 51, has been a director or partner in the following companies during the five year period immediately preceding her appointment to the Board of Impellam:-
