Appointment of Director
Impellam is pleased to announce the appointment of Darren Mee, 49, as Group Finance Director with effect from 2 February 2015.
Mr Mee has been a chartered accountant for almost 30 years having qualified with PwC in 1986. He has significant international finance and commercial experience having worked as Head of Tax and Treasury at DS Smith PLC and having carried out a number of roles at TUI Travel PLC, latterly as Chief Operating Officer of TUI Specialist and Activity businesses. Most recently he has been Chief Financial Officer at easyHotel Plc where he was involved in the successful admission to AIM of the company.
Julia Robertson commented "I welcome the appointment of Darren to the Impellam Board. His knowledge and experience both financially and commercially of optimising performance from multi-brand portfolios in the services sector and managing the journey from off line to on line business will be invaluable in moving Impellam forward in the next stages of our growth and development."

Mango Event Management Limited was placed into administration in July 2011 and moved into creditors' voluntary liquidation in March 2012. The liquidation is on-going.
