Completion of Acquisition and Directorate Change

Further to the Company's announcements on 3 November 2014, Impellam is pleased to confirm that the acquisition of Lorien Limited has now completed. The acquisition was part funded by an oversubscribed equity placing to raise £15 million.

Impellam also announces that Eileen Kelliher, Non-Executive Director, has decided to step down from the board with immediate effect to pursue other business interests.
